Kimberly Lansing is as ravishing as a super model should be. This brunette is just awesome with her poker skills. She is also a super model for long hosting in many TV shows including the World Poker Tour, where she was the hot hostess.

Kimberly was born in Laguna Hills and Rancho Mirage, California. She was from the University of Southern California. She did lot of extra curricular activists in her college. She worked in the college new station, Annenberg TV News in the USC. After finishing her graduation she got BA in Broadcast Journalism.
After her study, she took up journalism. She wrote for many magazines including U.S. Weekly Magazine and the Associated Press. Kimberly also started writing in the People Magazine since 2004 and she mostly wrote about several Hollywood events. She has also worked for the German publication, Gala and the In Style Magazine. Moreover, she was also seen on the Hollywood.com Television in which she served as a correspondent and host.

However, Kimberly’s career started sky-rocketing when she joined the World Poker Tour. She was the host of the OnGame Network’s Poker Classic at the Casino de Barcelona in Spain in the year 2006. She also did the job reporting for the same show at People Magazine in 2007.
The WPT was very much impressed by her as she was not only talented and skilled but also very pretty with a magnetic personality. They offered her to become the online hostess for their program. Her profile was to travel the poker tournament circuit and to report it live from the casino floor with exclusive interviews and news of the same.

However, because of her rising popularity she was also requested to help the hosting duties for the WPT Television show. She had to entertain the audiences with her powerful persona. Besides hosting, she is a very skilled and talented poker player herself. She started playing poker with her boyfriend. She played more than 8 hours during the first multi-table event which was the WPT Ladies Night tournament. Later on, Kimberly also participated at the Commerce Casino WPT Invitational and stood 8th out of more than 400 participants. Kimberly mostly prefers all the cash games as they are quicker than the tournaments.

Carmel Petresco was a European by birth but eventually she moved to New York. Her good looks have got her a lot of media attention. When she was young she owned her own business as a personal wardrobe shopper and a professional stylist. Although she has her share of inclination towards fashion but poker was what played at the back of her mind. One of her close friends encouraged her to try it. After moving to L.A she played in her 1st live cash game. With a lot of qualms in her mind she went for the game to which an acquaintance of hers had invited her. Her doubts were proved quite incorrect when she won quick and big. This success convinced her that she had what it took to be a professional. Five Diamond World Poker was her 1st big tournament was in 2004. She acquired the 9th position in the $1000 No Limit Hold’Em Summer Series. She finished in the 5th place in the 2005 Legends of Poker in the $300 No Limit Hold’Em event. Her most remarkable win was when she earned $19,775 at the 2006 No Limit Hold’Em tournament at the Commerce Casino. At the WSOP, her aggressive approach of playing proved favourable for her. Her good looks as well her game tactics brought her into limelight. At one point of time she held $80,000 chips, while the average stack was around $19000.She gained the media’s attention as the favourite one when rest of the female players stated getting eliminated. She finished decently out of all 6000 participants.
Petresco states that she on the game table a woman cannot be distinguished from a man. Characteristically a man perceives a woman as a soft being. If a woman flaunts her appeal on the table, she will not receive the reverence she deserves. Thus Petresco is strictly against using her attractive looks at the table and thinks being beautiful has no added advantage.
Eleven cash finishes glorifies the bright career of this European lass. She has made round about $1, 34,000 in her tournament winnings.
