Shannon Elizabeth at the World Team Poker for Team Lebanon

We all know the Shannon Elizabeth is not only the known star of the popular film American Pie but is also one of the hottest poker girls of today. Being the newest Pro of Carbon Poker, Shannon Elizabeth has now proven herself to be considered as a poker pro. However, prior to joining Carbon Poker this hot babe has gone through different poker tournament including the World Team Poker where she played for Team Lebanon.

From being a Hollywood star to a poker girl, Shannon Elizabeth was able to represent Lebanon. Her parents rooted from the Middle Eastern country were the ones that made her eligible of playing for the team Lebanon. For the said event, Shannon Elizabeth is not the only American-based poker pro to play representing different country’s team. Poker fans will surely see Daniel Negreanu who often plays for team Canada, and Johnny Chan that plays for team China.

The World Team Poker took place at the Golden Nugget in Downtown Las Vegas.

It has been a common impression of the crowd that the known poker girl Shannon Elizabeth has poor poker skills. However, Shannon has the pretty face that definitely help earn four cashes in WSOP events for the past four years of her poker career.

Along with Shannon Elizabeth for team Lebanon are Dany Georges and Freddy Deeb, Joe Awada and Mark Betor.

Different country teams including Armenia, Australia, Brazil, China, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Greece, Iran, Israel, Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Norway, Philippines, Switzerland, Turkey, United States, and Vietnam will attend the said Poker event.

After being questioned about her holding a home poker game, the American Pie star and poker girl Shannon Elizabeth just recently signed with USA-friendly online poker site Carbon Poker to be their newest sponsored pro. If in her previous poker career, Elizabeth has been sponsored by other online poker rooms, today, she will be under the flagship poker site of the Merge Gaming Network.
According to the spokesperson of Carbon Poker Mr. Peter Hampton, they have been hunting for a face for their brand. They want someone that is a known star and at the same time, a known name in the poker industry and Shannon Elizabeth meets the requirements that they are looking for in a face for their brand. With Shannon joining the said brand, Carbon Poker will have various promotions with some that will involve players to play against Shannon and will get the chance to know her inside and out of poker.
Before Carbon Poker, Shannon was a known star for different movies and television series. In addition, she also joined the 2007 National Heads-Up Poker Championships and was lucky enough to reach the semifinals as she beats Celine Dion’s husband Rene Angelil and in round 32, she was able to dispose off Jeff Madsen.
